Project Description: Site Utility package consisting of Site Common Domestic Water / Fire Protection Water System, Site Storm Drain System, Site Sanitary Sewer System. Installation of Utility Systems as specified under additional associated sections including Utility Excavation, Fill, Backfill, and Compaction , and General Requirements. Site Sanitary Sewer consists of 2,400 lf of (4,6,8,10,12”) PVC/DIP. Approximately 50% of the Sewer mains to be installed at depths in excess of 15’ requiring additional safety measures including telescoping trench and manhole boxes, Safety harnesses/lanyards, trench fall protection devices. Two sanitary sewer pipe runs were installed under proposed buildings requiring ductile iron pipe and concrete encasement. Approximately 30 Sanitary manholes to be installed. Site Storm Drain consists of 3,800 lf of (4,12,15,18,24,27,30”) HDPE/DIP. Two storm drain pipe runs were installed under proposed buildings requiring ductile iron pipe and concrete encasement. Storm drain structures include 34 manholes, 15 inlets, 59 inlet protection, 1 endwall, and 25 nyloplast inlets. Storm drain system also included a 80’l X 25’w X 9’d Cast-in-place concrete sandfilter system. The Site domestic water system consists of 2,280 lf of 12” DIP Water Main and 5 fire hydrants. Project also consisted of various demolition work and storm water management tasks including sediment conversions to SWM ponds.
